I’ve had my fair share of failures – but that’s how I’ve learnt… when it’s not happening, when you’re experiencing frustration – remember… it’s a lesson and a road for success.
Been having some great conversations lately – and also reflecting on myself. I think I’m a nice guy – and if you know me, I believe you’d agree I am – however, am I so nice… that I would avoid conflict? – on some occasions, maybe.
But then the question is – how can you win without fighting….
Some people (including myself – well, I have moments) when they don’t believe in themselves.
Self doubt sets in and they struggle…. recently, I’ve been having some great conversations with someone who’s kind of become a mentor.
I saw the below – and made me laugh… so true, right?

My response –
Sometimes (and I’m guilty of this) doing too many things at once.
Bal’s Kitchen, my Football, and numerous other extra-curricular activities… are on my list of things to do. But recently, I decided… I’ll cut a few things and really focus…
I was always told – work hard, save your money and enjoy it later in life.
