Well… this week has been a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions.
I won’t go into the reasons why… just a variety of things going on. A lot which, I’ve been slightly disappointed with…but you know what, it’s me who’s in control of my destiny.

Well… this week has been a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions.
I won’t go into the reasons why… just a variety of things going on. A lot which, I’ve been slightly disappointed with…but you know what, it’s me who’s in control of my destiny.

This week I tweeted, how I was annoyed.. because someone I help, and have helped a lot previously… hasn’t been responsive and not helped me when I needed it!
Lesson learnt…. don’t help them in the future! But in all seriousness… I shouldn’t give all my attention to those who annoy me.

This week, I was invited to give a talk about Leadership at the CIO London Event.
It was a fab event, thoroughly enjoyed it… and sharing one of the slides as my Friday thought…

I’ve had my fair share of failures – but that’s how I’ve learnt… when it’s not happening, when you’re experiencing frustration – remember… it’s a lesson and a road for success.

Been having some great conversations lately – and also reflecting on myself. I think I’m a nice guy – and if you know me, I believe you’d agree I am – however, am I so nice… that I would avoid conflict? – on some occasions, maybe.
But then the question is – how can you win without fighting….

Sometimes (and I’m guilty of this) doing too many things at once.
Bal’s Kitchen, my Football, and numerous other extra-curricular activities… are on my list of things to do. But recently, I decided… I’ll cut a few things and really focus…

How many mistakes have you made?
I’m sure you’ve learnt from them? – then why be worried to try new things?

How strong is your determination to succeed?
If you have the will, the desire and the passion – you can make the difference between the impossible and the possible.
