I’ve had my fair share of failures – but that’s how I’ve learnt… when it’s not happening, when you’re experiencing frustration – remember… it’s a lesson and a road for success.
I should really become more adventurous with the titles!
But here you go… my second podcast!
That’s right folks! – On this podcast I talk about Jobs. Not necessarily how robots are going to take over – but how jobs have changed and are changing…
Lots of new jobs are appearing…such as YouTubers, Data Scientists, etc… that didn’t exist 5, 10…15 years ago!
So what does this mean for the future? – well it means that there’ll be more new jobs. Will the ‘accountancy’ profession remain the same? Will traditional jobs dissapear?
I also share a few questions I asked Inquisitive – I asked him about success, how he turned a passion into a business and how is it that someone could turn a hobby, something they enjoy… into a full time profession.

My final Friday Thought of the year…
It’s the only way we can learn. From mistakes. If you’re making them… you’re learning. And you’re working your way to success. Don’t stop.
Make plans for 2019… and I hope it’s full of success for you.
Many of you may know, I have a 9 to 5 job, well… it’s more than that, but let’s just say… it’s my ‘day job’.
In addition, I’m involved in a number of startups & I’m working on my own ideas and startups… such as Bal’s Kitchen (that’s right… I’ve done a number of trials, which have been very successful! – & I’ve got Samosalicious!! – check it out on Instagram… basically, Samosa’s…tasty Samosa’s with innovative fillings!)
So what’s stopping you?
I often say, everyone should collaborate… because it’s when several, or even two… good ideas join…. you get the best idea.
There’s many a times, where others have not shared the same vision as me, or understand my goals – instead of getting frustrated… I now tend to just focus. Alone.
How times have you been told you can’t?
I was always told it. Even now… on occasions, but don’t listen to them.
(More importantly… I had to have the Rock feature on my Friday Thought…)
I remember when I used to get stressed over the smallest things… but I learnt.
It wasn’t so much about not getting stressed – but being able to handle the stress…
Just start… so much time is spent talking… discussing… and in organisations, getting through red tape.
One of my favourite quotes is… ‘Fail to Plan…. Plan to Fail’.
